What is the Difference between Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Phobia and Fear

Human beings have different moods which are a blessing of nature. They react differently in different situations and conditions. The human moods are quite dependent on the situation and the kind of environment in which they live. There are is several moods. Human became tense and worries at any calamity over them or if any of their relative is suffering from it. They are very touchy about their loved ones and if anything happens to them it will disturb human mental peace and make them worried. This is due to the feeling of love which they have for their friends. Here are few emotions or feelings which a human being feels when he encounters a specific situation and show the same reaction. These are thought to be but in reality are quite different.

Stress

It is a biological term which is defined as the feeling which human feels when he fails to meet the demands he imagined or exist in actual. They can be physical, emotional or mental

Depression

It is the low mood and a less sharpen reaction towards human beings daily activities due to any negative thoughts and produce hopelessness.

Anxiety

It is the feeling of un-easiness mixed with a hint of anger towards any specific situation which a human being is facing at that time.

Phobia

It is the permanent fear of a certain thing or a specific situation which a person always feels without any exceptions. It is an anxiety disorder.

Fear

It is the negative feeling of distress sensation which a person feels when he is threatened by anything or any specific person. It can be imaginary as well as actual.

Fear is the negative sensation due to any threat while low mood due to negative thoughts is termed as depression. Anxiety has un-easiness mixed with anger and phobia is the fear of any situation or person permanently. When human beings fail to meet their own desired demand they feel stressed.
