What is the Difference between Global Warming, Cooling and Climate Change

Man has advanced too much in the way of technology. He travels in air, runs faster than tigers, can see anywhere at any time. The internet and other inventions have made this world a global village. This has not only changed the world but also the minds and the attitude of the people. This advancement has cause man very costly. The problem of global warming which was not heard of in the earlier times is now a big problem for the human beings. Here are the few terms which are used every now and then and they also look similar. But in reality they all are quite different. Let us understand these terms and see their differences.

Global Warming

It is the continuous rise of earth’s average temperature of atmosphere and oceans. It is caused due to the green house effect by the burning of natural sources and the smoke originated by the auto vehicles.

Cooling

It is the process of the transmission of the heat energy through radiations or any other process. In this process the temperature of the body is lowered and It is felt cool. Ice and other cooling agents are used to lower the temperature of the things.

Climate change

It is a permanent and long lasting change which takes place over years and decades. It may take place due to any specific change in environment. It can occur only in a region or over all the earth.

Global warming Vs Cooling Vs Climate Change

Global warming is the continuous increase in the temperature of earth’s atmosphere due to green house effect while cooling is the transmission of heat from one body to another or environment. Climate change is a permanent change which occurs over a long time and can occur due to any environmental change.
