What is the Difference between Proficiency, Efficiency and Effectiveness
In management, doing work in assigned time and in well manner is highly appreciated. However, for measuring the person’s ability to do any task in right combination of time and achievement of end goal, three basic terms proficiency, efficiency and effectiveness are used.
